POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a non- technical position which processes all information-technology-related purchases for the Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts. The position coordinates procurement-related, financial, contractual, budgetary, and administrative functions within the Information Technology Division, including grants and contractors. As part of the Asset Management Department, this position will also be responsible for providing accurate record-keeping and tracking of hardware assets, as well as software and license inventories, while also tracking all technology-related contractors’ details.

This position will also assist in the establishment of policies and procedures related to contracts administration, asset management, and procurement.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks. Excellent skills in and knowledge of Microsoft M365 products, Adobe Pro and Visio.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience, working in the computer industry or a related field. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement, knowledge of computer hardware and software and related equipment, and working knowledge of SharePoint including the use of standard file and folder naming conventions, assigning meta data and permissions. This position also requires strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent time management skills, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve problems quickly and completely.

The preferred candidate will have experience in an Information Systems environment.
