POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing administrative work associated with the Court Improvement Program (CI), Foster Care Review Board (FCRB) Program, and the Parent Assistance Hotline (PAH). Duties include but are not limited to, preparing meeting and training materials, mailings and correspondence, financial documentation, calendar notices, and general correspondence. The position will answer, track and report out on calls to the Parent Assistance Hotline which was created to offer parents a better understanding of the Arizona dependency process and ensure that callers were given contact information of the agency best suited to address their specific concerns. This position will also assist in the production of the annual PAH utilization report.
Additionally, this position will maintain administrative records pursuant to the retention schedule, maintain contact lists, attend and create records for numerous Cout Improvement committee meetings, assist with FCRB State Board meetings, and run statistical and QA reporting on data maintained on the FCRB automated tracking system.
This is an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. position. This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and four years administrative experience. Good interviewing, listening, questioning, organization and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with staff at all levels of the organization and highly emotional callers. This position requires the ability to independently handle a number of tasks, projects, and assignments simultaneously, have skills in planning, implementing and applying administrative procedures and support services, and have proficiency in MS Office products.
The preferred candidate will have knowledge of the child welfare system intake and ongoing processes, operation of the Parent Assistance Hotline, and juvenile court dependency proceedings.
