POSITION SUMMARY:
The position will assist the Office 365 Collaboration Team as a liaison to all the departments and divisions within the Administrative Office of the Court and rural court locations to help identify how the Power Platform including Power BI set can be used to improve process and productivity. This position will also collaborate with key members of the organization to understand and document workflows which will then turn into solutions.

In addition, this position will analyze implementations across different departments to ensure efficiency and consistency when building solutions. As well as conduct training seminars for both Administrative Office of the Courts and rural county users regarding the Power Platform. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate should have a bachelorís degree in bachelorís degree in related field and at least three years of progressively responsible experience as a business analyst with enhanced SharePoint Knowledge.   Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree. This position also requires excellent working knowledge of Office 365 tools and cloud technologies, excellent oral and written communications skills, and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, this position requires the ability to provide highly responsible administrative and technical work performed independently with minimal supervision. The ability to work effectively with judges, court staff, AOC divisions, and the public, and the ability to work in a close team environment with rapid pace requirements and changing tasks

The preferred candidate will have demonstrated experience in software project work, including systems implementation and configuration, good working knowledge of court procedures, court rules and Arizona statutes, and the ability to understand legislation, rules, administrative orders, and policies and procedures

Travel level: up to 10% statewide. Must posses a valid divers license.
