The Arizona Supreme Court has a senior level administrative assistant opening in our Human Resources Department. We are seeking a detailed oriented administrative professional to provide advanced administrative support to the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan (CORP). This position supports the program manager and the Local CORP Board with regard to CORP employee membership statewide. This position also supports a fast-paced Human Resources Department and has the freedom and accountability to work independently.

Duties Include the collection and data entry of CORP retirement applications and membership forms; attending Local CORP Board meetings, drafting minutes, and posting online meeting materials. This position also coordinates training classes, serves as a point of contact for training communications and compliance requirements, coordinates a service anniversary program, provides statistical reports, and is responsible for creating and routing contracts and purchase requisitions.

The successful candidate will hold a High School diploma or GED, four years of increasing responsible office experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. This position requires the ability to interact effectively all levels of employees, public members and management; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and excellent attention to detail. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to organize multiple work projects and documents simultaneously; be able to prioritize workload and work independently with minimal supervision; function effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
