POSITION SUMMARY:
This position assists in the efforts to transition courts from the business process of the paper filing world to the business processes of the electronic world. The position will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, and providing support to the courts, members of the public (including attorneys) and vendors. This position is responsible for documenting and organizes all support materials to ensure the eCourt Services team is equipped to provide efficient, consistent and reliable customer service. Additionally, this position is responsible for organizing, planning and testing new functionality in all eCourt applications. This position will work on and support multiple projects simultaneously.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience or the equivalent. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. In addition, this position requires excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and demonstrated customer service skills. The selected candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong organizational and tracking skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This position is required to work with an analytical and broad business perspective with the ability to delve into detail.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent working knowledge of court procedures, court rules and Arizona statutes; excellent oral and written communications skills including written user manuals and have experience with testing automation systems. Training experience is also preferred. Proficiency in Remedy, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word are also desired.

Travel level: up to 25%.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proven their ability to perform assigned tasks.
