EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary emphasis of this position assumes a lead role in training end users, maintaining training documentation and testing for all eCourt applications. The position will be responsible for working with courts, judges, members of the public (including attorneys) and vendors. This position may work on multiple projects simultaneously. This position’s role will vary based on the stage of the project.
Additionally, this position will also identify configuration changes to the system necessitated by modifications in statute, rule, and administrative order. Conduct analysis of business processes, translate business needs reported by users into business requirements, and draft administrative orders, agreements and memorandums of understanding.
After an initial period of at least three months in person, this position may offer the ability to work remotely up to two days per week, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree Public Administration or related field and at least five years’ experience in technical support or related experience. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
This position requires the ability to understand and interpret legislation, rules, administrative orders, policies and procedures to ensure development is in compliance with these authorities. Multitask and prioritize activities and time to achieve deadlines and provide consistent and effective communication with customers and peers. This position also requires experience working independently with minimal supervision while assigned to a variety of projects and tasks. As well as strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
The preferred candidate will have knowledge of court Case Management Systems and court procedures and law firm business processes.
Travel level: up to 10% (within Arizona). Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
