POSITION SUMMARY:
Do you have at least three years’ experience in administrative or executive support positions? Do you enjoy highly variable and fast-paced work? The Information Technology Division of the Arizona Supreme Court is seeking a highly organized, administrative resource to coordinate public committees/meetings, produce communications for a variety of media, and provide general administrative support to managers and staff within the Division. The position requires research skills, planning, communication, and volunteer relations abilities that assist the division director, manager of strategic planning, and technology workforce. If you enjoy working independently on multiple simultaneous projects, can follow complex instructions, and perform webpage creation/editing, this job is for you. This position assists with supporting governance committees, webpage development, and all aspects of public meetings while also performing the most advanced administrative work and support associated with the Information Technology Division as a whole, including:
This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proven their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree with three years of administrative experience in government or industry including volunteer- or member-relations experience or equivalent experience to substitute for a degree. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity software, online meeting platforms, and open-source content management software; effective communication; acute attention to detail; and natural curiosity.
Travel level: Minimal (in-state only)
