POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Operations Analyst performs complex financial, data, technical and business analyst functions for the Fines/Fees and Restitution Enforcement (FARE), Online Case Payment (OLCP) and Debt Setoff (DSO) Programs. This position is responsible for the development, design, implementation, ongoing operations, and monitoring of the FARE Program financial and case processing reports, reconciliation, technical and business procedures, as it relates to court case management systems in limited and general jurisdiction courts statewide. The Program Operations Analyst leads or participates in a wide range of complex projects that involve planning, researching, testing and analyzing court management, data and performance measures which result in improving the efficiency of the court system.

In addition, this position will test existing and newly created reports and makes recommendations for current report fixes and act as the unit liaison to limited and general jurisdiction court staff, AOC divisions/units, and local financial entities concerning the use of collection enforcement activities.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field and at least five years related experience or the equivalent. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BMC RemedyForce; proficiency in automation design, financial analysis, requirements development and user-acceptance testing; excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. This position also requires the ability to use initiative, independent judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and manage statewide projects effectively

This is a Regular, Full-time, Exempt position.
