POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Communications Officer, this position is responsible for creating and overseeing digital content at the direction of the Arizona Supreme Court and its Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). This position will design and produce content, graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements to create compelling and engaging stories and experiences. Additionally, this position is responsible for the administration of online platforms, including court websites, social media platforms, and Court-approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This position will also collaborate with key partners, as statewide as able, on multimedia projects and oversees the Court’s onsite production studio.

This position will work alongside the Communications team to develop and implement digital content strategies for the Court, AOC, and AOC divisions. Manage the onsite studio which includes scheduling and resource coordination. Track and analyze the performance of digital content and campaigns to optimize future efforts and produce analytics reports and makes recommendations for content placement on azcourts.gov and other websites under the Court’s oversight.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

WORK SAMPLES:

This position requires applicants to submit relevant work samples/portfolio with their resume.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, animation, video, or a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may substitute for education. This position requires in- depth knowledge of software and tools to create and edit multimedia content, including graphic design software, video editing software, and audio editing software. Strong technical skills in relevant graphics and multimedia software and tools, expertise with Creative Cloud Suite, and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently.

This position also requires strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented, excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills and the ability to operate multimedia equipment such as video and digital cameras, studio lighting, microphones, teleprompter, and related production equipment.

This position requires a valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel statewide.

Travel level: up to 5%.
